Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Items: If your item is found to be defective or malfunctioning upon receipt, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Not as Described: If the item you received does not match the description provided on our website, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

Our returns department may, at its sole discretion, review and approve returns under certain circumstances, even if they don't meet the standard conditions. These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. However, approval is not guaranteed and may be denied at the discretion of ANM Liquidation Returns Department Management.

Order Cancellation: 

  • Customers are allowed to withdraw (Cancel) their orders if the items have not shipped. To cancel your order, please send an email to Support@anmliquidation.com, include your name and order number and reason for cancellation. Once we receive the email, we will cancel the order, and the customer will receive a notification. Customers will get a full refund when an order is cancelled. Processing the refund could take up to 5 business days to process. 

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Items must show no signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@anmliquidation.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • ANM Liquidation will cover return shipping costs if the items were defective or not as described. Otherwise, customers will be responsible for return costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Returns can be shipped to 823 Luke St, Irving Texas 75061. Items must be packaged well and old labels removed. We will provide a hazmat label to customers when applicable. 

Warranty Policy

All of our products, including new and open-box items, are covered by a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Defective components or malfunctioning products.
  • Issues arising from normal use within the 30-day period.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Wear and tear from regular use.

Warranty Claims:

  • To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@anmliquidation.com within the 30-day warranty period.
  • We may request photos or a detailed description of the issue to process your claim.
  • Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either replace the item or offer a full refund.
